Refund Policy

We are committed to providing our clients with clear and straightforward financial transactions. We understand that navigating the journey to homeownership is a significant commitment. Therefore, we have established the following strict refund policy to ensure transparency and mutual understanding throughout the process.

No Refund Policy

Except as explicitly stated below, Next Level Properties operates under a no refund policy. Once a payment is made towards a lease option, purchase, or any related service, we do not offer refunds or credits for any payments made, including but not limited to down payments, monthly payments, and option fees.

Exception: Application Rejection

The sole exception to our no refund policy is in the case of an application rejection. If a potential tenant/buyer applies for a home and is not approved through our application process, any earnest money deposit paid directly to Next Level Properties as part of this specific application process will be refunded in full. This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be issued.

Refund Process for Application Rejection: In the event of an application rejection, the applicant will be notified, and a refund of the application fee will be processed within seven (7) business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

No Other Refunds

Change of Mind: Please note that changing your mind about a lease option or purchase after making a payment does not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

Ineligibility for Refund: Any fees or payments made towards services, background checks, or other preparatory processes required for application or tenancy are non-refundable, except as noted above.

Residency Termination: Termination of a lease or residency by the tenant/buyer for any reason other than application rejection by Next Level Properties does not qualify for a refund.

By engaging in any financial transaction with Next Level Properties, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of our strict refund policy. We encourage all potential tenants/buyers to carefully consider their options and commitments before making any payments.

Cancellation Policy

Understanding that commitments are significant for both the tenant/buyer and for us, we have established a strict cancellation policy to ensure transparency and to manage expectations effectively from the outset.

Cancellation Policy Overview

Once a lease or purchase agreement is signed with Next Level Properties, it represents a binding commitment. We recognize that circumstances can change; however, to maintain the integrity of our agreements and the fairness to all parties, the following cancellation policy is in effect:

Lease or Agreement Cancellation

Loss of Deposit: Any deposit made towards a lease option or purchase agreement is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the tenant/buyer after signing the agreement. This deposit secures the property and represents a commitment that Next Level Properties takes seriously, removing the property from the market based on this commitment.
Rent and Fees: In addition to losing the deposit, any rent paid in advance will not be refunded upon cancellation. Furthermore, the tenant/buyer may be subject to additional fees to cover the costs associated with re-listing the property, administrative efforts, and any potential loss Next Level Properties incurs due to the cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can present unforeseen challenges. While our policy is strict, we will review cancellation requests due to exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. However, approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Next Level Properties and is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation, the tenant/buyer must provide written notice to Next Level Properties, detailing the reason for cancellation. Upon receipt, Next Level Properties will review the request and communicate the next steps, including any fees or penalties applicable, in accordance with this policy.

Acknowledgment of Policy

By signing a lease or purchase agreement with Next Level Properties, tenants/buyers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of our strict cancellation policy. We encourage all parties to review their commitments carefully before entering into an agreement.
